Sales/Marketing Assistant Calgary
National Motor Coach Systems is currently accepting applications for dependable sales and marketing assistants within the Calgary region. The ideal candidate would be able to:
Assist potential clients in providing transportation quotations both via incoming telephone requests as well as e-mail requests.
Provide excellent customer service
Follow up and file existing charters for group itineraries, contacts and destination information
Process payments for passenger trips
Be familiar with tourist attractions and hotels in Alberta and British Columbia is an asset
Various additional duties as required
Work independently and have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing

Class 2 Drivers Banff/Canmore
National Motor Coach Systems is currently accepting applications for dependable coach operators with a clean Class 2 driver’s license with airbrake endorsement for employment to report out of our Banff office. The ideal candidate would be able to:
Operate automatic and standard Prevost® and MCI highway coaches, school buses and 21-24 passenger shuttle buses
Provide excellent customer service
Lift approximately 50 pounds (20 kilos)
Be familiar with tourist attractions and hotels in Alberta and British Columbia
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection
Prepare a daily driver’s log in accordance with governmental hours of service

Heavy-Duty Technician Specializing in Detroit Diesel for Prevost® & MCI
To be chosen for this job, applicants must:
Test systems and components using computerized diagnostic and other testing devices
Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of the coach systems, including fuel, brake, steering and suspension systems as well as engine drive train, emission control and exhaust, cooling and climate control and electronic systems using hand tools and other specialized automotive repair equipment
Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturers’ performance specifications
Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and HVAC and AC tune-ups
Discuss work with supervisor

Wash Bay Personnel (Full Time)
National Motor Coach is seeking an experienced wash bay person. To be chosen for this job, applicants must:
Responsible for cleaning Exterior & Interior of the motor coaches
Must be a reliable, hard worker able to work without direct supervision
Shifts are Sunday 11am – 8pm, Monday – Thursday 6am – 3pm, Friday/Saturday off

Standards for Our Drivers
National Motor Coach Systems is committed to seamless service for our charter bus transportation clients in North America. That commitment to quality begins with our drivers, who are expected to follow the standards listed below.
Prior to the start of the contract, all drivers will be briefed on the event and perform route advances to ensure they know the most direct route as well as alternative routes in case of heavy traffic.
Drivers must always be in communication with the dispatcher via a 2-way radio or a hand-held device capable of transmitting and receiving emails or text messages.
National Motor Coach Systems drivers are expected to comply with the speed limits and obey all traffic signs.
The drivers must wear an ID badge at all times while on duty.
All drivers must speak English fluently. Some drivers will speak additional languages fluently.
Drivers must dress in a professional manner and always remain courteous to the passengers.
All drivers working for National Motor Coach Systems must have a valid Class 2 Alberta driver’s license. A driver’s abstract is pulled twice a year for every driver without exception.
All drivers must undergo a criminal record check and are subject to mandatory and random drug testing.
